Aviso Wealth is seeking a Sales Strategy and Operations Leader to enable the Direct Investing sales organization to meet plan by aligning targets, pipeline, and technology. You will partner with enterprise initiatives and lead monthly/quarterly reviews, forecasting, and governance. You will drive CRM adoption, develop executive-level dashboards, and coach leaders across the Direct Investing team to execute with clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
