Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service-level targets with the team
Maximize guest frequency, sales, and acquisition of new customers
Maximize capsule, accessories, and machine sales
Evaluate service quality and use mystery shopper results to implement customer service action plans
Support company programs by inspiring and instructing the team to meet operational and organizational objectives
Recruit, hire, and motivate the team to provide exceptional customer service consistent with the brand image
Delegate responsibilities with the Boutique Manager to ensure smooth operations
Review KPIs to identify problems, concerns, and improvement opportunities
Implement SOPs and guidelines covering compliance, risk management, and health and safety
Monitor and manage schedules
Plan and prioritize annual sales and wage-cost targets with the Boutique Manager
Manage staffing, monthly reports, cash, and inventory using operational tools
Perform stock spot checks and assist with inventories and deliveries
Requirements
4-5 years of high-volume retail management experience
Luxury retail experience is an asset
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and plan multiple priorities
Strong team-building skills with a history of effective team coaching and development
Effective time management,
communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Passion for coffee and sustainability
Experience in the food or coffee space is an asset
Ability to stand for an entire working day
Ability to repeatedly lift a maximum of 23 kgs
