What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serving as the primary contact for commercial tenants—building positive relationships and resolving inquiries with care.
- Supporting day-to-day property operations, lease administration,
and vendor coordination.
- Assisting with billing, operational budgets, rent collections, and property accounting support.
- Collaborating with on-site maintenance and management teams to keep properties running seamlessly.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of hands-on property administration experience (commercial property experience is required).
- Strong understanding of commercial lease agreements and property financials.
- Solid tech skills (commercial property management software experience is a major plus!).
- High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a professional communication style.
