Responsibilities Continuously analyze external and internal environments and develop a comprehensive overview of market and product segments Define offer positioning and the product mix for each customer segment in collaboration with partners Work with business units to develop new offers and value propositions and evolve existing offers Develop a plan and ensure the development of priority offers Prepare and present proposals to managers and senior executives Lead multidisciplinary and cross-functional working groups Determine and manage budgets associated with offers Contribute to the implementation of models, tools, and processes, and measure the performance of offer strategies using performance indicators Support the commercialization team in bringing offers to market Contribute to the development of offer management expertise at Beneva Collaborate regularly in a matrix environment with strategy, commercialization, actuarial, and several other centres of expertise
Requirements Hold a university degree in an appropriate discipline, such as marketing, finance, actuarial science, or another related field Have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in offer, market,
or product management or development Demonstrate ease in analyzing quantitative data Have a good understanding of the insurance market, preferably in individual insurance and financial services Be fully proficient in French, both spoken and written Possess intermediate proficiency in English, both spoken and written
