As a Cellar Assistant, you will collaborate with the Fermentation and Production Manager, assisting in the creation of award-winning hard cider, mead, and non-alcoholic beverages. Your role will involve operating equipment, managing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in this unique cidery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support fermentation activities like blending and carbonation
• Monitor and care for tanks and barrels consistently
• Assist with the production process for various beverages




• Maintain cleanliness of production areas and equipment
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures meticulously
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in brewing, cidery, or winery
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
• Forklift and heights experience is a plus
• Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
