We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller who can manage accounting for our group of companies. This position combines leadership with practical accounting work, requiring proactive engagement. Key responsibilities include month-end management, collaboration with project managers, and maintaining financial controls while liaising with external accountants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage month-end processes for multiple companies
• Prepare and record monthly revenue accurately
• Complete bank reconciliations and cash reporting
• Oversee AR, invoicing, and cash receipts
• Improve financial reporting and accounting processes
Requirements:
• Strong experience in full-cycle accounting
• Proficient in Excel with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and resolve discrepancies
• Preferred background in construction accounting
• CPA designation is a plus
