Responsibilities Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial results and reporting packages in accordance with IFRS, including IFRS 17 and IFRS 18 requirements. Identify and explain variances across key balance sheet and income statement accounts to provide transparent insights into financial performance. Prepare month-end and quarter-end general journal entries for material financial transactions, including premiums, claims, reinsurance, expenses, and investments. Track and bill reinsurance recoverables and settlements, and manage cash settlements and statements of accounts with reinsurers. Prepare reinsurance schedules and regulatory reports related to ceded business, ensuring accurate application of reinsurance treaty contract terms, premium calculations, and commission structures. Prepare quarterly and annual P&C1 Property and Casualty Insurance Core Financial Statement returns. Prepare and analyze the P&C4 Minimum Capital Test return to support regulatory compliance and capital adequacy assessments. Analyze financial statements and ledger accounts, propose solutions to identified issues, and take ownership of implementing and resolving these solutions. Prepare and review
