prioritization, and resource allocation processes for enterprise initiatives.Take ownership of select large-scale, cross-functional strategic projects.Cross-Functional Delivery & Stakeholder AlignmentPartner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into structured project plans with clear milestones, ownership, and success metrics.Act as a key liaison across functions to ensure alignment, remove barriers, and drive execution discipline.Support leaders in building business cases, including defining scope, benefits, risks, and ROI.Facilitate governance forums and executive updates, including monthly reporting to the Operating Committee.Process Improvement & Execution DisciplineLead structured process improvement initiatives using data, root cause analysis, and practical implementation approaches.Drive the planning and execution of Kaizen events and focused improvement projects.Establish standard toolkits, methodologies, and templates for process improvement and project delivery.Team Leadership & Capability BuildingBuild, lead, and develop a team of subject matter experts in process design, project management, and implementation support.Coach leaders and operators on process adoption, project execution, and change management practices.Partner with Learning & Development to ensure processes and tools are supported by clear, practical, field-ready training resources.Communication & Change EnablementCommunicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment on priorities, progress, and outcomes.Drive clarity, structure, and accountability in how initiatives are communicated, executed,



and sustained.Brand & Initiative SupportSupport brand development and new program launches by ensuring operational processes are clearly defined, scalable, and executable in the field.CertificationsProject Management certification from PMI (PMP or PgMP) required.Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification strongly preferred.Core CompetenciesProject & Portfolio Leadership – Strong ability to structure, prioritize, and deliver complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.Process Orientation – Deep capability in designing practical, scalable processes and driving adoption.Stakeholder Influence – Ability to engage and align senior leaders and field operators.Execution Discipline – Focused on outcomes, accountability, and measurable results.Communication – Clear, structured, and concise communicator across all organizational levels.Agility – Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Additional RequirementsWillingness to travel across the GTA and restaurant locations as required.Versatile schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on project and operational needs.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). Master’s degree preferred.7–10+ years of progressive experience in project management, PMO leadership, and/or process improvement.Experience in multi-unit hospitality, restaurant, or retail operations strongly preferred.Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and implementing standardized processes at scale.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and portfolio governance practices.Demonstrated experience leading or operating within a PMO structure.Service Inspired Restaurants is committed to fair and equitable recruiting practices in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA).
