At Atlassian's Grad++ program, youll join a team in Canada (Burnaby, Richmond or Vancouver) to build production-ready features across Jira, Confluence, and Trello. Youll own projects end-to-end, collaborating with senior engineers, PMs, and designers in an Agile setting. Youll apply AI/ML with contemporary frameworks, tackling distributed systems challenges and data-driven validation while receiving hands-on mentorship and growth opportunities.
