Clutch is seeking a hands-on Shuttle and Lot Management Supervisor to lead wholesale shuttle operations across multiple locations. You will own day-to-day execution, build structure where needed, and act as the on-floor decision maker to keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced workplace. You’ll manage 20+ shuttlers, optimize staffing, and partner with cross-functional teams to align with wholesale priorities, driving safety, throughput, and timely vehicle movement.
