The Paid Strategist is a crucial client‑facing role responsible for day‑to‑day client deliverables, creating and managing custom client strategies, and communicating with both clients and internal stakeholders on executing Paid Media deliverables. In this role, you will gain experience building high‑performing Paid strategies for B2B businesses across Technology, Industrial, and Services markets.Roles & ResponsibilitiesOversee and lead a collection of Paid Media accountsServe as direct support to client contactsWeekly communication with any vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, work quality, and improvementsDrive referrals via client relationships and professional networkBuild strategies for clients each quarterCreate, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns across multiple channelsDeeply understand client positioning and unique value propositionsConfirm lead routing is accurate within a CRMUnderstand the value of Programmatic campaignsBe responsible for personal productivity and utilizationWork directly with Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are being achievedExecute and optimize PPC advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize ROIWhat You Offer3+ years experience working at a performance/digital marketing agencyExperience working specifically with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency settingDeep expertise across paid search and paid social advertising campaigns, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and othersProficiency in using advertising platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign ManagerStrong understanding of PPC principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimizationAbility to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel,
