About the roleChartright Air Group is recruiting a full-time First Officer for its Challenger 350 operation based at YQM in Moncton. In this client-focused role, you will partner closely with the Captain and internal coordination teams to deliver safe, efficient flights and an exceptional onboard experience. You’ll blend flight-deck excellence with operational support, customer service, and recurrent training, contributing to a collaborative, safety-driven culture.What you’ll doServe as First Officer on the Challenger 350, working with the Captain to ensure every flight is conducted safely and compliantly.Support daily operational activities during available reserve days to keep missions running smoothly.Liaise with Chartright’s Flight Coordination Centre and Sales teams to align operational and service requirements.Deliver attentive, professional customer service to enhance the client experience on every trip.Contribute ideas and solutions to strengthen teamwork, efficiency,
