The Program Consultant, Dealer Training and Development at Canadian Tire prepares current Dealers for their career as a Canadian Tire Associate Dealer. Reporting to the Manager of Dealer Training & Development, this role is accountable to support end-to-end training program delivery, including planning, coordination, progress tracking, and direct coaching of Training Dealers.ResponsibilitiesSupport coordination of multi-phase training plans including planning, coordination, and progress trackingMaintain and manage training content for assigned curriculum of the Dealer Training ProgramDevelop and maintain a network of Subject Matter Experts and key business contacts, including Canadian Tire store owners, field, and Home Office teamsAnalyze results to identify performance gaps and adjust training as requiredCoach and provide ongoing feedback to Trainees on overall training program performanceAssess training progress and performance, addressing any training adjustments requiredIdentify and effectively communicate any performance or planning risks (e.G., trainee readiness,
