Become an essential part of an established MSP in Peterborough as an IT Infrastructure Support Engineer with a salary between £35k - £40k. This role focuses on both infrastructure support and technical project delivery.

In this position, you will provide in office and remote support across various technologies, ensuring high standards and timely execution. Your responsibilities include support for cloud services, security, and communications platforms while coordinating with stakeholders. You will also engage in project delivery, oversee service transitions, and assist customers with technical escalations.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide remote and on-site incident support and service requests • Support existing technologies and services including cloud and security • Define technical scope and design solutions with stakeholders • Build, configure, and document project deliverables • Attend customer sessions and project meetings

Requirements: • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and related controls • Basic networking skills, including layer 3 routing • Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy • Scripting and automation experience is essential
