The Customer Service Agent for Charter Operations plays a key role in managing day-to-day flight services. You will check in passengers, make reservations, and assist flight crews with various requests. Your collaboration with Account Managers and Operations Control Centre will ensure a seamless charter operation experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Check-in and board passengers efficiently and professionally
• Provide administrative support for arrivals and departures
• Create and modify passenger reservations as needed




• Communicate with flight crews to log important data
• Assist Charter Coordinators in executing ADHOC charters
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent work experience
• Minimum one year in customer service
• Computer knowledge and reservation system experience
• Experience in airline operations is an asset
• Must be available for shift work and lifting up to 45lbs
