As a key member of the WSP team, you will provide essential field-based engineering support and observe construction practices on site. This role emphasizes civil and structural activities, focusing on documentation, inspection of installations, and adherence to specifications. You will liaise with contractors while maintaining high standards in safety and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:



• Serve as WSP’s primary representative on construction sites • Document engineering observations related to construction activities • Review Contractor schedules and coordinate construction Hold/Witness Points • Identify and report non-conformances that require engineering assessment • Maintain comprehensive and accurate construction records

Requirements: • 10-15 years of construction experience in high-voltage projects • Degree/diploma in Engineering or Construction-related field • Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications • Experience with QA/QC processes and field documentation • Solid communication skills for teamwork with multidisciplinary engineering
