Part-Time Executive Assistant / Operations Assistant

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly organized, proactive person to work directly with the founder and help keep the business running efficiently.

This is an opportunity to be involved in many areas of the business, from operations and product development to supplier communication and day-to-day organization.

Responsibilities

* Manage the founder’s calendar and schedule

* Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and partners

* Organize projects and ensure deadlines are met

* Handle emails and administrative tasks

* Research products, suppliers, and business opportunities

* Book travel and coordinate logistics

* Assist with inventory and operational planning

* Support product launches and ongoing business initiatives

* Follow up on outstanding tasks and keep projects moving

* Take ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision

Qualifications





* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

* Strong written and verbal communication

* Self-motivated and proactive

* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

* Comfortable learning new software and systems

* Reliable, trustworthy, and skilled

* Previous administrative, operations, or executive assistant experience is an asset

Nice to Have

* Experience with Shopify

* Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

* ClickUp, Asana, or Notion

* E-commerce experience

* Customer service experience
