Lead engaging events as a Part Time Event Supervisor with Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment in Toronto. Oversee staff and ensure a remarkable fan experience during live events.
In this key role, you will support the Live Events team by ensuring the smooth execution of events at Scotiabank Arena, BMO Field, and Coca-Cola Coliseum. With a focus on customer service, you will supervise event day personnel and liaise with clients and staff. Your leadership will help create memorable experiences for fans and ensure compliance with safety policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee event execution and day-of personnel management
• Act as liaison between clients and venue staff
• Address service inquiries and operational issues proactively




• Conduct staff briefings to align on event procedures
• Ensure adherence to MLSE policies among fans and employees
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
