- Support the electrical group as part of multidisciplinary project teams- Integrate process, mechanical, and control requirements into comprehensive electrical systems- Manage projects and lead planning, coordination, and execution- Prepare plans and specifications, write reports, and develop cost estimations- Design power and controls for industrial processing facilities, power plants, mining facilities, and municipal water and wastewater facilities- Develop proposals, including work scopes, deliverables, schedules, and budgets- Ensure project milestones are met and provide regular updates to team members and clients- Coach and mentor less-experienced staff and support team-member development- Provide technical leadership and manage teams to meet client needs- Build and sustain relationships with clients and internal teams- Collaborate across disciplines to align technical approaches with client goals- Conduct business development activities- Perform up to 10-15 percent domestic fieldwork and occasional short-term out-of-town assignmentsRequirements- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering- At least 10 years of related experience working in a design capacity on projects directly related to the role- Experience in an industrial production environment such as mining and/or minerals processing, power plants, petroleum refining, or chemical production facilities- Working knowledge of codes, standards, laws, and regulations applicable to project assignments- Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng.) license in at least one U.S.
