Restaurant Tasks

Coordinate the flow of information within the team Open and distribute mail and other materials Plan and control budget and expenditures Plan and organize daily operations Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations

Establish and implement policies and procedures Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences Determine and establish office procedures and routines Schedule and confirm appointments

Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Answer electronic enquiries Compile data, statistics and other information Order office supplies and maintain inventory Oversee payroll administration

Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems Perform data entry Maintain and manage digital database Reconcile accounts

Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters Prepare and submit reports Perform administrative tasks Label,



file and retrieve documents Invoice clients Assist in analysis of data and preparation of reports

Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings Prepare and monitor contracts and budgets Computer and technology knowledge
