Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in North York, ON. This position is responsible for managing daily office operations, including answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling incoming and outgoing mail. The role involves organizing and maintaining records, preparing documents and reports, scheduling meetings and appointments, and supporting executives with calendar management and travel arrangements.

The Administrative

Assistant will also coordinate office supplies, assist with basic data entry, and collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflows.



This role requires attention to detail, strong time management, and a commitment to providing professional, courteous service to internal and external contacts.

Qualifications

- Strong administrative assistance and clerical skills, including organizing files, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate records.
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Experience providing executive administrative assistance, such as calendar coordination, meeting preparation, and document handling.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office or equivalent), email and calendar tools, and basic data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy office environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site, exercise discretion with confidential information, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is an asset.
