Our Toronto campus opens its doors to its first cohort in January 2027, launching with the Master of Creative Art Therapy – a programme that sits precisely at the intersection Whitecliffe exists to serve: creative practice translated into professional, clinical outcome.

About The Role

We're looking for a consultative, target-driven Admissions Lead to build the admissions function for Whitecliffe Canada from the ground up. There is no existing pipeline in Canada yet, no historic conversion data and no admissions team – just a campus, a programme, a CRM to build out, and a first cohort to enrol.

You'll own enrolment for the Toronto campus end to end: converting enquiries into applications through honest, expert guidance, managing applications and offers, and building the feeder relationships across Ontario that sustain a domestic pipeline over time. You'll work hand-in-glove with the Marketing Lead, sharing accountability for a single enrolment number, and report to the Chief Commercial Officer, Whitecliffe Global.

This is a genuine opportunity to build, in market, the admissions engine that Whitecliffe Canada will run on for years to come.

About You

You convert by being genuinely useful to someone making a significant, considered decision, and you're comfortable giving an honest “no” when it's the right answer. You carry a target with integrity,



you're disciplined about keeping a CRM pipeline honest, and you build relationships across a city and a sector that keep delivering pipeline years later. You're organised under load, comfortable with ambiguity, and energised by working in a creative, values-driven environment.

What You Will Bring

- 4+ years in student recruitment, admissions, or consultative sales, with a demonstrable record of achieving and exceeding enrolment or revenue targets
- Experience converting considered, high-value decisions – postgraduate, professional or career-change audiences rather than transactional volume sales
- Full-cycle ownership experience: you've carried a pipeline personally from first enquiry through to a closed, enrolled outcome, including the administrative and compliance steps in between
- Experience using CRM systems in a sales or admissions environment, with genuine discipline around data quality, pipeline hygiene and activity capture (Microsoft Dynamics strongly preferred)
- Strong consultative skills: the ability to ask the right questions, listen properly, identify genuine fit and guide a decision honestly
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and confident presentation to both individuals and groups
- Well-developed organisational skills and high attention to detail, particularly in application assessment and compliance
- Comfort working to a target with a variable incentive component, and the self-direction to manage your own pipeline and activity without close supervision
- Legally entitled to work in Canada and able to work on campus in Toronto
