Reporting to the Director of Organization Design, this senior role requires over six years of expertise in organization and operating model design. Engage with business and HR leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, decision-making, and performance. You will play a key role in assessing structures and implementing strategic solutions for the bank.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead organization design initiatives from assessment to implementation • Develop and refine operating models and governance frameworks • Partner with leaders to diagnose organizational challenges • Conduct workforce analysis and assessments for effectiveness • Design and facilitate stakeholder workshops and discussions

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in business or related field • 6+ years in organization design and transformation • Proven expertise in developing strategic, evidence-based recommendations • Robust analytical and critical thinking abilities • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
