The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and effective in a rapid-paced environment. The role involves regular coordination with issuers, Investment Advisors, legal counsel, operations, and compliance to support private placement distribution and settlement. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.This is an existing vacancy.Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage non-brokered private placements, including subscription review, submission, communication, ticketing, and settlementSupport brokered financings by coordinating with dealers, tracking orders, and helping complete transactionsWork with internal teams to ensure compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirementsMaintain accurate transaction records, documentation, and pipeline trackingPerform daily inventory management and reconciliations in Dataphile and NIADAssist with transaction execution and other team priorities as neededQualifications5+ years in financial services,



including 2+ years in capital marketsExperience supporting or working with Investment AdvisorsStrong organization, attention to detail, and accountabilityAbility to work independently and collaborativelyStrong analytical, verbal, written, and interpersonal skillsAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPointFamiliarity with Dataphile and NIAD is an assetEducationPost-secondary education in a related field is preferredCSC and CPH completion is an assetThe expected annualized base salary range for this role is $70,200 - $78,000.
