In this impactful role, you will be involved with WSP's Digital Services & Advisory team, guiding the development of Digital/Information Management standards. You will lead the creation and oversight of BIM frameworks, ensuring effective coordination from Schematic Design to Facilities Management. Strong BIM leadership and cutting-edge problem-solving are essential to support various complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead WSP’s Digital/Information Management standard evolution • Develop and maintain core BIM frameworks • Provide Digital Advisory guidance to project teams • Champion and implement BIM Execution Plans • Conduct model health checks and troubleshoot project sites

Requirements: • 10+ years in advanced Digital programs within AECO • Advanced skills in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks Manage • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office/SharePoint • Experience with Common Data Environments setup • Technical diploma or degree in engineering or architecture
