As a Community Corrections Support Worker, you will be integral to the Community Residential Facility team. Your responsibilities include supporting parolees, monitoring facility security, and ensuring protocol adherence. With a focus on rapport-building, you will assist residents in achieving self-sufficiency within a federal half-way house framework.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of CRF policies and CSC guidelines • Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct with residents • Conduct security rounds and monitor sign-in/out sheets • Record key information in the CRF management system • Enforce parole conditions and in-house rules effectively
Requirements: • High School Degree or equivalent education required • Minimum six months related experience needed • Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification required • Clear TB skin test and enhanced reliability clearance • Non-violent Crisis Intervention training is an asset
