Ensure timely and compliant payroll processing while supporting employees with their inquiries.In this pivotal role, reporting to the Corporate Controller, you will work closely with ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems to manage payroll operations across Canadian entities. You will support the accuracy and integrity of payroll data while adhering to applicable legislation and improving processes for enhanced efficiency.Key Responsibilities:- Process payroll for union and non-union employees- Conduct audits to maintain payroll data integrity- Prepare and submit regulatory payroll reports- Handle employee inquiries about payroll and benefits- Assist in harmonizing payroll processes across entitiesRequirements:- College degree in HR or Business Administration- 1-3 years of payroll and benefits experience- Robust time management and prioritizing skills- Knowledge of Canadian payroll tax and regulations- Ability to handle sensitive information appropriatelyBecome a part of Dock Products and ensure exceptional payroll operations while enhancing your expertise.#J-18808-Ljbffr
