Join FedEx Canada as a Freight Loader and Unloader, responsible for scanning, sorting, and managing freight within our facility. This role demands strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lift and maneuver packages.
We are looking for motivated team members to load and unload freight while adhering to Canadian Customs regulations. A high school diploma or GED is preferred. You must be able to lift 70 lbs and handle packages up to 150 lbs with proper equipment. Successful completion of training is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load and unload freight efficiently within the facility
• Scan and sort freight according to company standards
• Adhere to FedEx Canada operations and regulations
• Complete basic and recurrency training steps
• Maintain a protected working environment during all shifts
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver heavier packages
• Willingness to work varying shifts based on business needs
• Bilingual in French and English (Quebec residents only)
