About the Opportunity

ProxyLink is currently recruiting for a Project Manager position with one of our clients. We are looking for an experienced professional to lead IT service management, release management, change management, and technology delivery initiatives within a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead IT projects and technology delivery initiatives from planning through completion.
- Establish and improve Release Management and Change Management processes.
- Coordinate with business units, technology teams, and key stakeholders.
- Develop governance frameworks, processes, standards, and operating procedures.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops,



and process assessments.
- Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Support adoption of standardized processes across teams.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 10+ years of IT/project management experience.
- Experience with IT Service Management, Release Management, Change Management, or Project Delivery.
- Experience working in large enterprise or public-sector environments.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management practices.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, or DevOps delivery environments.
- Solid communication, leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and across cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills

Experience with enterprise tools such as:

- ServiceNow
- Jira
- Azure DevOps
- CI/CD and DevOps environments
