The Role

As a B2B Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Kolléct Inc., building strong relationships with hobby and collectible retailers across your territory (Quebec, Ontario, or BC). This is a flexible role designed for fans of Pokémon and other TCG brands, whether you're a player, collector, enthusiast, or simply someone with a strong interest in the hobby. Your authenticity, product knowledge, and passion will be key to building trust with store owners and operators, and to developing long-term retail partnerships. For the Quebec territory, fluency in French is required.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with hobby and collectible retailers in your territory (Quebec, Ontario, or BC). Prospect and onboard new accounts, hobby shops, game stores, and Pokémon specialty retailers. Present and sell Kolléct's catalog: booster boxes, Elite Trainer Sets, singles, graded cards, and other related TCG products.

Advise store buyers on releases, reprint cycles, and what Pokémon and other TCG products are driving interest. Attend community events, tournaments, and trade shows to represent Kolléct Inc. Report client trends back to management and manage store payments.

Compensation





This is a commission-based position, ideal for someone who wants flexibility and the opportunity to earn based on results. As you grow accounts and drive sales, your earnings grow with it.

Must-Have Qualifications

We will not consider applicants who are not highly knowledgeable in and passionate about Pokémon and other TCGs, collectibles, and the community. This is a firm requirement, not a preference.

- Deep knowledge of the Pokémon TCG and other TCGs (One Piece, Lorcana, Magic, etc.), sets, card values, sealed product, singles, and grading (PSA, BGS, CGC)
- Active member of the Pokémon/TCG community, tournaments, prereleases, TCG events, or engaged online presence
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated, able to manage your own schedule and territory
- Must be based in Quebec, Ontario, or British Columbia
- Quebec territory only: must be fluent in French

Nice to Have

Prior experience in B2B sales, wholesale, or retail buying. Existing relationships with hobby store owners and buyers. Experience working in or with a hobby/game store. Significant online presence in the Pokémon/TCG space. Bilingual in French and English (especially valuable for the Quebec role).
