Program and start up various systems, calibrate equipment, commission systems with central systems, and train customers Deliver projects while adhering to budgets and timelines Manage and schedule project delivery and maintenance activities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on digital control systems Optimize customer sites Provide technical support to Sales and participate in estimating recent projects or service contracts Participate in on-call rotations Collaborate with Dispatch and customers to meet expectations Manage the satisfaction of a group of customers and provide advice and recommendations Document work according to standards and maintain documentation Maintain and grow the business volume of assigned contracts and projects Travel up to 10% within the province of Quebec and be available for on-call work Requirements

Postsecondary diploma in instrumentation and controls, building mechanics, industrial automation, or another relevant field Minimum of 3 years of experience in building mechanics, industrial or building automation, or automatic controls Minimum of 3 years of experience with BACnet, Modbus, OPC, Echelon, and similar protocols Minimum of 1 year of experience using basic Windows and Microsoft Office applications Class 5 driver’s licence Reading comprehension in English Ability to travel within the province, up to a maximum of 10% of the time Ability to participate in on-call rotations The successful candidate must obtain the security clearances required by customers Knowledge of controls, pneumatics, electrical systems,



and digital controls Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset ASP Construction card is an asset Knowledge of ventilation, air conditioning, and heating systems Knowledge of Ethernet/IP networking environments Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, OPC, Echelon, and similar protocols Knowledge of Windows environments, office software, and cloud environments Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in programming, commissioning, and maintaining digital control systems while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to project timelines and budgets. Proficient in managing technical support and documentation for automation projects. Highest-signal resume keywords
