Human Appeal Canada is seeking a dedicated Donor Care Advisor to maintain connections with both new and existing donors. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, receiving feedback, and updating donors on project impacts. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $19 CAD and is part of an ongoing effort to support humanitarian initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate updates on donation impact to donors
• Gather donor feedback to enhance service
• Encourage increased donations and donor retention




• Facilitate inquiries by transferring calls accordingly
• Utilize MS Office Suite for reporting and communication
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in English; other languages are advantageous
