UFA is seeking an Operations Specialist to coordinate operational readiness across field locations and corporate support teams. You will lead cross-functional projects, maintain CRM/ERP data, and drive change management to ensure safe, efficient execution of initiatives.
The role requires solid project coordination, stakeholder communication, and experience with CRM and Power BI within a Canadian agricultural co-operative context. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Alberta operations.
