This role will support the development of RFP responses, proposals, pitches, and presentations used to win and grow client relationships. You'll partner closely with lawyers, business development professionals, pricing, and marketing teams across the firm.





What You'll Do - Manage proposals and RFP responses from initial request through final submission in both French and English - Draft and customize pitch materials based on client needs and opportunities - Partner with lawyers and Business Development to position relevant experience and differentiators - Coordinate with Pricing on fee strategies and value-added offerings - Create polished presentations and proposal documents using PowerPoint and Word - Track pitches, RFP submissions, wins, losses, and feedback - Monitor procurement portals and communicate new information or addenda internally - Maintain relevant information within the CRM - Ensure proposal and presentation materials follow firm branding - Manage multiple deadlines while coordinating input from various stakeholders What They're Looking For - 3–5 years of experience within legal or professional services, - Strong understanding the RFP and proposals process - Fluency in French and English, including strong written communication - University degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience
