Responsibilities

Invoice entry and processing (Accounts Payable)

Uploading credit card receipts, reviewing statements for completeness, and preparing reconciliations

Monitoring and processing the Finance inbox

Preparing Accounts Receivable statements

Performing inventory checks in the ERP system

Performing various administrative and accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications

Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, is considered an asset

Solid attention to detail, organizational skills, and a high level of accuracy





Discretion when handling financial information and ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is considered an asset

Fluent in English; German is considered an asset
