- Develop/retain key talent
- Collaborate w/Sales Mgr & GM on key accounts
- Execute branch business, sales & marketing plans
- Manage annual goals/budgets, branch reputation, values & vision
- Manage staffing & employee development
- Build/maintain relationships with internal/external partners
- Oversee branch maintenance, security & appearance YOU HAVE - Education in Business, Marketing or related field, education/exp may be considered




- 3+ years mgmt experience in increasingly responsible roles
- Exceptional customer service & interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of ag industry, John Deere/competitive products
- Willingness to work flexible hours & travel as needed
- Valid drivers license YOU ARE - Results-oriented, strong work ethic, customer focused
- Positive attitude, empathetic
- Self-aware, high level of EQ
- Excellent communication, analytical & problem-solving skills
