About Fidelity Canada Fidelity Canada provides investment portfolios and services and is committed to innovation.Business Overview As part of the Human Resources function, the Learning and Development team provides the organization with the learning and performance support needed to meet business objectives by creating simple, innovative and effective training and performance solutions.What You Will Do Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of eLearning, workshops, social learning, and other training materials.Provide technical support for the learning management system.Create interactive and engaging instructional materials and performance support tools for synchronous and asynchronous education.Collaborate with the learning & development team to provide design consultation on projects.Edit course materials, develop integrated content, and facilitate training programs and meetings.What We're Looking For Completion of a university degree, preferably in learning, design, or communication related discipline (or equivalent experience).Minimum 2 years of professional experience.Experience with a learning management system and/or eLearning authoring tools such as Captivate, Lectora, or Storyline.Sound knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and evaluation methods.Background in designing and developing learning solutions.Experience with web development or web technologies such as HTML, Flash, or JavaScript (asset).Graphic design and course content development skills (asset).Expertise You Bring You are able to master new technologies and troubleshoot software and programming issues.
