We are currently seeking a hard-working, reliable, and versatile Maintenance Person to join our hotel team.Experience in hotel or apartment maintenance is an asset, but we are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities Include
- General cleaning and upkeep of the property
- General repairs and maintenance
- Basic electrical knowledge and repairs
- Basic plumbing knowledge and repairs
- Troubleshooting and addressing maintenance issues
- Assisting with a variety of property maintenance needs
- Other duties as required — responsibilities are not limited to one specific area
Qualifications
- Previous hotel, apartment, building,
or general maintenance experience is an asset
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable, dependable, and hardworking
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required
- Availability to work weekends when required
Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.
