and employee expensesManage consignment accounts and ensure transactions are recorded appropriatelyReconcile corporate credit card accounts and support administration of the credit card programReconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies as requiredRespond to vendor inquiries regarding payments, account status, and related mattersProvide back-up support for Reception duties as neededMaintain accurate records and support month-end Accounts Payable activitiesContribute to process improvements and assist with other accounting and administrative duties as requiredRequirements:Available to commit to a 6-month contract positionPost-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experienceStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyProficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelDemonstrated ability to work with large volumes of data in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to manage competing prioritiesProven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with vendors and internal stakeholdersSelf-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability331 Chesley Dr, Saint John, NB E2K 5P2, Canada#J-18808-Ljbffr
