Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities Conduct analytical marketing studies Prepare funding applications Provide consultation on planning and starting of current businesses.
Ensure appropriate business/commercial licenses are in place Establish policies and procedures for assessing credit and loan applications Complete credit and loan documentation Collect and analyze financial records of a business, such as financial statements, budgets, projections and sales data
Prepare reports Develop financial plans for clients Research and evaluate loan applicant's financial status, references, credit and ability to repay loan Supervision
