Mando Solutions is currently recruiting experienced Labourers for ongoing work in the Fairford area.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a national aggregate supplier and industry-leading construction/civil engineering company, with immediate starts available.

The Role

Start: Immediate

Working hours: Monday to Friday

Shift length: Typically 10–12 hours per day

Duration: Ongoing / long-term opportunities

Pay: Competitive hourly rates

Payment: Weekly pay

Requirements

- Previous experience working on construction or civil engineering sites
- Full PPE
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team

Duties

- Assisting with general site operations
- Supporting trades and plant operators as required
- Keeping the site clean, tidy and safe
- Loading, unloading and moving materials
- Carrying out general labouring duties
- Following all site health and safety procedures




- Working effectively as part of a team
