Chef de Partie Starting Rate of Pay:

$28.90 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $34.90.

Job Duties Include

Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to hotel recipes and standards

Maintain proper rotation of product in all chillers to minimize wastage/spoilage

Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features and promotions

Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards





Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage

Qualifications

Minimum of two years in the culinary field required

Diploma/Certification in a Culinary discipline is strongly encouraged
