Position Overview: The Business Writer plays a critical role in shaping how our organization communicates its expertise, translating complex ideas into impactful content that drives engagement, credibility, and growth. We are seeking a skilled Business Writer to develop high-quality thought leadership content that positions our organization as a leader in the technology solutions space. This role will focus on creating compelling short‑ and long‑form content for digital platforms, translating complex technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives for business audiences.

Key Responsibilities: Content Development & Thought Leadership

Research, write, and edit thought leadership articles, whitepapers, blog posts, and executive‑level content

Produce both short‑form (e.g., LinkedIn posts, blogs) and long‑form content (e.g., reports, case studies)

Translate complex technology solutions and business concepts into accessible, engaging narratives

Develop content aligned with brand voice, messaging, and strategic priorities

Stakeholder Collaboration

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., executives, SMEs) to gather insights and perspectives

Conduct interviews and synthesize information into clear, well‑structured written content

Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and positioning across all materials

Research & Market Insight

Conduct research on industry trends, competitors,



and emerging technologies

Identify relevant topics that support market positioning and demand generation

Ensure all content is accurate, credible, and aligned with current market dynamics

Support development of content calendars and editorial plans

Optimize content for SEO and digital engagementCollaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content with campaign objectives

Qualifications & Experience:

3–5 years of professional writing experience (content writing, copywriting, journalism, or business writing)(Required)

Proven experience writing B2B content, preferably in technology, SaaS, or consulting environments

Experience contributing to thought leadership or executive‑level content is a strong asset

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling ability

Ability to simplify complex technical topics for business audiences

Strong research and analytical skills

Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines

Ability to work independently and collaborate cross‑functionally

Tools & Technical Skills

Familiarity with CMS platforms, SEO tools, and analytics

Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Experience with content marketing or marketing automation tools is an asset

Nice to Have

Experience in AI, cloud, Drone technology, SaaS or enterprise technology solutions

Background in journalism, communications, or business writing

Understanding of B2B sales cycles and buyer personas
