LANXESS is seeking an Operator for its West Hill facility. In this position, you will report unusual conditions, conduct minor maintenance, and ensure safety protocols are followed. Work collaboratively with shift teams and actively participate in safety audits and operational meetings to enhance plant performance.

Key Responsibilities: • Monitor field processes and report safety hazards • Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs • Perform valving, piping alignments, and chemical additions • Cease operations if imminent hazards are detected • Review non-conforming raw materials and manage inventory

Requirements: • Grade 12 diploma; vocational education preferred • Experience in Chemical Process Manufacturing preferred • Positive mathematical and mechanical reasoning skills • Refrigeration B certification is a plus • Ability to work 12-hour continental shifts
