Group is growing—and we’re looking for an exceptional Child & Youth Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team and help us redefine what integrative care looks like. Your Role We have a need for a clinician to work directly with children, youth, and their families (ages 4-18+). You'll be providing support (within your scope of practice), and evidence-informed therapy. This practice is structured for rapid growth, and we support this role transitioning to a full-time caseload based on your goals.





We are looking for someone with a passion for or experience in the following areas:

- ADHD: Executive functioning, emotional regulation, and parent coaching.
- Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD): Experience with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is highly valued!
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD): Neurodiversity-affirming care, social navigation, and family support.

Specialist (CRS) team handles scheduling, billing, and general communications, so you can focus on being a therapist.

Qualifications - Must be currently registered and in good standing as a Registered Psychologist, Provisional Psychologist, or Clinically Registered Social Worker.

- At least 1 year of experience working directly with children and youth (ages 4 to 18).
- A clean Criminal Records Check (Vulnerable Sector) and Child Welfare Check (must be current to within 3 months of application).
- Solid philosophical alignment with neurodiversity-affirming, functional, and whole-person care.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and supportive personality with a drive to go above and beyond for clients.
- Creative self-starter eager to contribute to a holistic approach to healthcare.
- Understanding the nature of an Independent Contractor relationship.
