This role will support a busy group of lawyers with a focus on municipal and planning law, as well as lawyers in our Real Estate Group.The successful candidate will be responsible forAssisting in development application preparation and submission under the Planning Act.Conducting research and technical analysis of land use planning policies and regulations.Researching and writing planning reports and opinions.Attending uncontested committee of adjustment hearings.Assisting with preparation for hearings before the Ontario Land Tribunal.Liaising with clients in public and private sectors.The successful candidate must have the following education, experience and/or demonstrated skillsUniversity Degree in Land Use Planning.Minimum of 5 years planning experience,
