Job Description You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity's dynamic working arrangement. Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings. The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.Responsibilities Review and oversee the production of regulatory reporting including Fund Facts, Financial Statements, Management Report of Fund Performance and Quarterly Summary of Investment Portfolio Prospectus.Provide project and production support for planning and management of continuous disclosure reporting and filing (Fund Facts).Assist in the planning and execution of regulatory filings for all Fidelity products ensuring all regulatory deadlines are met.Ensure participant interests are represented and participants understand deliverables and timelines.Coordinate timelines between business partners, maintain business unit documentation, and assist in resolving issues and associated risks.Participate in oversight of FFDM (Fund Facts Data Management Tool) including access, incident tickets and enhancements.Assist in preparation and review of continuous disclosure documents (annual and semi‐annual financial statements, MRFP, quarterly portfolio holdings).Assist in planning, monitoring, and reviewing end‐to‐end continuous disclosure processes ensuring deliverables are met, risks identified and issues resolved.Assist with scheduling, monitoring workflows and vendor communications.Assist with translation process monitoring and automation tool usage.Participate in initiatives including updates to regulatory reporting systems and processes, audits, surveys, fund tax initiatives and business planning.Provide support for other members of the Fund Treasurer's Office in day‐to‐day responsibilities when absent.Qualifications College degree or equivalent experience.At least 1 year of work experience in document publishing,
