You will validate and audit LTIP data, support the preparation of executive compensation reporting, and analyze compensation trends to drive informed business decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and deliver Long-Term Incentive program support
- Prepare and validate monthly LTIP administrative files
- Collaborate on quarterly and year-end reporting requirements
- Analyze compensation data for trends and issues
- Enhance Excel and Power BI reporting tools Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in Compensation or HR Analytics
- Advanced Excel proficiency required
