Hiring: Senior Business & Change Management Analyst

Senior Business & Change Management Analyst
to support business analysis, organizational change management, process improvement, business intelligence, and application support initiatives. The role will be approximately
60% Business Analysis / 40% Change Management , depending on project requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Project Delivery
Lead and support projects from initiation through implementation and post-deployment stabilization. Conduct stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, workshops, and business needs assessments. Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements. Develop business cases, process maps, user stories, use cases, and project documentation. Analyze current-state processes and recommend improvements. Support application development, enhancement, testing, implementation, and maintenance. Facilitate UAT, business readiness assessments, and implementation activities. Support project planning, governance, status reporting, risk management, and delivery. Change Management
Develop and execute organizational change management strategies and plans. Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness assessments. Develop communication, engagement, resistance management, coaching, and training plans. Partner with business leaders and project teams to drive adoption and successful implementation. Support leadership in managing resistance and reinforcing desired behaviors. Monitor adoption, utilization, and proficiency. Facilitate workshops, presentations, training, and change-related sessions.
Develop sponsor engagement roadmaps and stakeholder communication strategies. Operational Support & Continuous Improvement
Analyze business performance measures and identify opportunities for process improvement. Support operational and business planning initiatives. Develop recommendations and implementation approaches for senior leadership. Translate complex business needs into practical technology and process solutions. Support business intelligence, reporting, and performance measurement initiatives. Mandatory Qualifications & Experience:
University degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Public Administration, Organizational Development, Change Management, Information Systems, or related discipline. 4+ years of progressively responsible experience
in Business Analysis, Change Management, Project Delivery, Process Improvement, or related areas. Certified Business Analyst (IIBA) or equivalent certification. Certified Change Management Professional
such as Prosci, ACMP, CMI, APMG, or equivalent. Approximately
5 years of experience
with: Complex initiative planning and integrated plans Technology, process, and organizational change initiatives Project management and project documentation Stakeholder engagement and collaboration Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, or similar methodologies Cross-functional requirements analysis and solution development Senior leadership engagement Project governance and oversight Preferred Experience:
PMP or equivalent certification. Change Management experience on large, complex software implementations. Business process mapping, re-engineering, Value Stream Mapping, and continuous improvement. UAT, business readiness, implementation planning, and application support. Business intelligence, reporting, and performance measurement. Clinical application/data integration experience. Public sector or highly regulated workplace experience. Prosci ADKAR, ACMP, Kotter, or equivalent methodology. Experience presenting recommendations to senior leadership
