The successful candidate will be a strong writer, organized project coordinator, and team-oriented partner experienced in managing communications across multiple channels.Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr - $31.40/hrResponsibilitiesDraft internal business communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with corporate strategy and brand standardsTranslate complex initiatives and updates into concise, engaging messaging for internal audiencesManage email formatting and distribution to maximize readability and impactTrack communication performance using defined KPIs, including open and click-through ratesDevelop reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholdersMaintain communication calendars and coordinate deliverables for multiple initiativesManage and update internal communication channels, including intranet platformsCreate, publish, and refresh intranet content, news, announcements, and resource pagesMonitor engagement metrics, identifying opportunities for channel optimizationSupport content governance through maintaining standards, inventories, and review processesAssist in planning and executing internal events such as town halls and leadership meetingsCoordinate event logistics, develop agendas,
